How can Ayurveda help prevent cardiac arrest and promote heart health?

This is an important subject we need to focus on. Ayurveda can offer great solutions. Like Ashwagandha, AIIA is studying it on long COVID at LHSTM UK

One more thing is that now a days, post covid we are seeing so many people spevially high profile persons get cardiac arrest while working, gymming, dancing etc. Even though they were fitness freak. What could be the possible reasons.

There is a need of brainstorimg and study to showcase strenght of Ayush in such cases.
