This study conducted a toxicological evaluation on the combination of banana and milk as an incompatible diet, aiming to explore the concept of Samyoga Viruddha in Ayurveda. The researchers analyzed the effects of this combination on various parameters, including SGOT, urea, and creatinine levels, as well as histological changes in the heart, liver, and spleen. The findings indicated marked variations in the aforementioned levels, suggesting mild toxicological implications. The study sheds light on the potential health risks associated with consuming banana and milk together, providing valuable insights into the field of Ayurvedic medicine.
